Description

The Canadian Income Survey (CIS) is a cross-sectional survey developed to provide a portrait of the income and income sources of Canadians, with their individual and household characteristics.

What’s new?
Note that industry and occupation variables are now based on NAICS 2012 and NOC 2011. Variables based on these classifications will also be available for CIS 2012, CIS 2013 and CIS 2014. New data files including these variables will be available soon.
