CRDCN’s response to the Globe and Mail series Canada in the dark

The CRDCN welcomes the light that this series shines on the importance of investing more in the collection of Canadian data, in facilitating access, and in ensuring its public availability to inform decisions of critical importance to Canadians. 2021 Census of Population Dissemination Consultation

Statistics Canada is conducting a public consultation on the 2021 Census of Population from January 15 to March 31, 2019. We encourage you to participate in this online consultation designed to give data users an opportunity to provide feedback on dissemination strategies used for the 2016 Census of Population. Your feedback will help measure user satisfaction and gather suggestions to provide input into the 2021 Census of Population. Click the link to take part in the consultation.

National Essay Challenge - immigration

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada has launched a National Essay Challenge for Graduate students at Canadian Universities. The essay must be your own work (not coauthored) and should be an original research or evidence-based policy paper. See the poster from IRCC for more details on prizes and how to enter.
